LIFESTYLE | FRUITEATOX TEA
09:40Fruiteatox tea: a name i only just learned to spell and pronounce right after doing it wrong endless amounts of time. You might have hearded of it when you are active on Instagram and/or Tumblr or if you follow foodie-bloggers. The trend of healthy and clean eating is still growing in 2015 and with that, comes detoxing with tea. I think one of the most popular ones, is Fruiteatox tea, as I've seen a lot of bloggers and Instagrammers using or reviewing it. As interested I am in this product, I am going to tell you the bits and bobs of the all-mighty Fruiteatox tea.
What it is
Fruiteatox tea is meant to be benefitcial to a healthy and stress-free lifestyle. It is supposed to be created for weight loss, improval of skin, increasing energy levels, help burn fat and helps fight fatigue. The ingredients of the teas are 100% natural and vegan, which I personally like. At least you know that there is nothing in there that shouldn't be.
Example of ingredients in one box:
Ingredients:
Chinese Oolong tea
Maté leaves
Ginger root
Fennel seeds
Lemongrass
Dandelion leaf
Ginseng root
Gotu Kola leaves
Nettle leaves
How to use
The packaging already says '14 days.' This refers to the way to use the tea. It supposed to detox your body, if used for 14 days straight. Basically it's just detoxing but with tea. The box contains 14 bags of tea, one to be used each day. This combined with healty, clean eating should give results after 14 days.
Despite I am a little sceptic myself, as I don't really believe it gives you incredible weight loss, but it might be a nice something to add to your diet. I would really want to try it out one time. Maybe it's just the attractive packaging, but I am quite interested in these teas. So I might buy them soon and write a review about that!
If you are interested yourself in buying, they ship worldwide, which I think is very handy. You can buy the Fruiteatox products on http://www.fruiteatox.com/.
